FAQ
Answers you may need about Gleneagle Civic Association and our website.

  • chevron_rightDo I need approval for my project?
Possibly.   Planned changes to the appearance of your home or yard need review before you commit to your project.   See ACC Approval process for details on variances.  Once you are ready, submit a Project Request, and attach any necessary documentation such as a sketch or photo.
  • chevron_rightHow do I submit a Covenant violation?
Please review our Covenants and related Governing Documents before submitting a violation.   If you feel there is a violation, you may submit a request at GCA Request.  Please attach photos as appropriate.

The Covenants Committee will review your request and you can return to the status of requests online any time.
  • chevron_rightHow do I pay my dues?
The GCA collects a small assessment annually, and has increased a small amount each year.  Dues for 2024 are $63.   Properties can be fined late fees per the covenant collection policy.

One-time payments can be set up with a third-party provider First Citizen’s Bank’s payment portal. You can reach them via the link on the Gleneagle homeowners portal or Property Pay (firstcitizens.com).  E-check payments have no transaction fees.  To set up a CIT payment account linked to your assessment account with Warren Management, you will need the Management company ID (2322), Association ID (117), and your Property Account Number, which you will find account statement, or call us at 719-653-3023.

If paying by Check. Checks must be made out to “Gleneagle Civic Association” with the address(es) of the assessments written in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to:
