The GCA collects a small assessment annually, and has increased a small amount each year. Properties can be assessed late fees per the covenant collection policy.
One-time payments can be set up by contacting Balanced Bookkeeping.
If Paying by Check:
Checks must be made out to “Gleneagle Civic Association” with the address(es) of the assessments written in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to:
