The GCA collects a small assessment annually, and has increased a small amount each year. Assessments for 2025 are $66.15 Properties can be assessed late fees per the covenant collection policy.
One-time payments can be set up by contacting Balanced Bookkeeping.

Checks must be made out to “Gleneagle Civic Association” with the address(es) of the assessments written in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to:
